The tickets purchased through the website are digital and will not be sent by post or courier in any case. Once you will complete the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your e-ticket. Please save or print your e-ticket and show it at the gate. Please specify the names of each ticket holder. Only the persons whose names will be on the tickets will be allowed into the festival area.

Online and pre-sale tickets are not refundable except for the cases specified in the Terms and conditions. In this case, the organization will refund the price of the ticket as laid down. Events such as natural disasters, terroristic attacks or threats, public disorders, general strikes and other similar facts beyond our control are considered exceptions and will not involve a ticket refund.
The purchase of the e-ticket involves your full acceptance of the privacy policy together with the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Solo il detentore della prevendita o l'intestatario indicato sul biglietto avranno diritto di accedere all'area del festival. I NOMINATIVI POTRANNO ESSERE CAMBIATI ENTRO IL 14 GIUGNO.
Le prevendite non sono rimborsabili se non in caso di cancellazione del festival come specificato nella pagina Termini e condizioni. In tal caso l'organizzazione restituirà il prezzo del biglietto secondo le condizioni stabilite. Sono fatti salvi i casi di calamità naturale, atti o minacce di terrorismo, disordini civili, scioperi generali e le altre cause di forza maggiore indipendenti dalla nostra volontà e fuori dal nostro controllo.
L'acquisto dell'e-tiket implica la piena accettazione della privacy policy e dei termini e condizioni di cui sopra.
